Before Your Appointment

Please review before coming in

Hair must be at least the length of a grain of rice before waxing
Transitioning from shaving? Allow at least 3 weeks of hair growth for best results
Come fresh, clean, and exfoliated 24–48 hours before your appointment — especially for intimate waxes
If you are on Accutane or Retin-A, you must be off the medication for 2 weeks before waxing
Do not shave between visits — this causes ingrown hairs and breakouts

Deposits

A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to book all appointments
Your deposit goes toward your total balance — not extra
Deposits are non-transferable after 30 days

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Same-day cancellations = deposit forfeited
No-call, no-show = deposit lost + may be blocked from future bookings

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is extended to all clients
After 10 minutes, appointment may be shortened or cancelled
Deposit is non-refundable for late cancellations
